- Contract package readiness: willingness to operate under NEC3 TSC3, provide Form of Offer and Acceptance, Schedule of Deviations, and pricing data; forecasts of final prices as required.
- Documentation and compliance: completion of Eskom-specific supplier checks (PAYE questionnaire for service contracts, supplier declaration of interest, NDA, supplier integrity pact where applicable).
