**Provision of Wide Area Network (WAN) services with Internet access for 36 months to the Commission for Gender Equality (CGE).** Open-tender for a fully outsourced SD-WAN/MPLS network with VPN, 24/7 support, and end-to-end management across CGE’s nine provinces, including Head Office speeds (≥200 Mbps) and provincial links (≥100 Mbps each) with uncapped Internet. Bidders should have SD-WAN, VPN/MPLS expertise, and the capacity to deliver a central management dashboard, security (NGFW/NGAV), and cloud integration.

#### Requirements
- Fully outsourced SD-WAN network service with security, reliability, and manageability; any-to-any connectivity between all CGE branches and Head Office; 200 Mbps head office, 100 Mbps per province; uncapped Internet; VPN/MPLS; 24/7 monitoring; traffic prioritisation; central management dashboard; NGFW/NGAV; cloud extension; 9-province support.
- 24/7 support across all nine provinces; capable of delivering SLA-based performance and detailed reporting.
- Experience: minimum 10 years; 3 testimonials and verifiable reference letters; latest audited financial statements.
- Compliance: Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; VAT registration; proof of accredited SA representation if applicable; compliance with CGE SCM and Abuse policies; BBBEE considerations under PPPFA.
- Pricing: firm prices in ZAR (VAT included); price validity 120 days; pricing to be submitted via the required pricing template and Annexure 4 for price adjustments.
- Documentation: bid on CGE tender documents; complete all mandatory annexures; sign the contract form; submit original + two copies.
