**PS 06/2026: APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SPARE PARTS FOR ALL MUNICIPAL VEHICLES FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS.** This open tender seeks bids from qualified suppliers/consortia to stock and supply spare parts across municipal vehicle systems for a 3-year period, including engines, braking, electrical, hydraulics, etc. Suitable bidders should be experienced in municipal fleet parts, TEPA accreditation, and able to operate a functional spares centre. #### Requirements
- 80/20 preferential procurement system; 20 points for specific goals (including HDI/RDP considerations) and 80 for price. TEPA accreditation is compulsory.
- Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and hold a Tax Clearance Certificate (MBD 2). 
- Provide up-to-date municipal rates and service charges, BBBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit), and JV details if applicable.
- Demonstrate past similar work (above R10,000) with orders/references; provide proof of TEPA accreditation.
- Fully functional Spares Centre capable of stocking municipal vehicle spares; demonstrations/inspections may be required.
- Compliance forms: MBD 2, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9, plus Contract Form (MBD 7.2) and related declarations.
- Bid must remain valid for 120 days; bid may be rejected if formality or documentation is incomplete.
