**SAMSA invites bids for Public Key Infrastructure and Certificate Lifecycle Management Services for one year.** The award is open to providers with PKI/CLM implementation expertise, including integration with SAMSA’s internal CA, KMS/HSM readiness, post-quantum cryptography support, maintenance, training, and project delivery capabilities.

#### Requirements
- Valid accreditation certificate or official partner confirmation from SECTIGO or DigiCert (technical mandatory).
- Alignment with industry standards and regulations (NIST, ISO, POPIA, ECT Act).
- Proven ability to provision, implement, and support PKI and CLM for one year, including: secure communications, automation of certificate/key lifecycle, high availability, audit logging, and training.
- PKI components must support standard, multi-domain, wildcard, S/MIME, and private certificates; include interoperability with KMS/HSM (future) and SAMSA CA integration.
- CLM capabilities: central CSR management, automated discovery/issuance/renewal/revocation, key management, policy enforcement, secure storage, and reporting/auditing.
- Technical staffing: Service Manager/Account Manager with access to competent technical resources.
- Documentation and registrations: SARS tax PIN, CSD (or equivalent), BBBEE, CK1, ID copies for listed owners; consortium/JV details if applicable.
- Submissions must include pricing via Annexure B and all required supporting documents; inconsistent data may affect scoring.
