#### Overview

#### Requirements
- Valid OEM/distributor letter authorising distribution of the products in SA (signed, dated within 1 year of closing). Mandatory or bidder is disqualified.
- CSD registration, SARS PIN, and TV license status (proof or sworn affidavit where applicable).
- BBBEE: valid SANAS-verification certificate; EMEs/QSEs may sworn affidavit annually; include shareholding details.
- Certified company documents: Company registration, directors/members/shareholders IDs, and related certificates.
- Tax clearance and TV license must be in order; CSD registration mandatory.
