## Summary

#### Overview
**Q37/2026-2027: Supply and delivery of PPE and garments to the Disaster Management Department**. #### Requirements
- Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and active status.  
- Tax compliance status (SARS TCS PIN) or equivalent proof; VAT registration if applicable.  
- Complete and submit all pages of the quotation document; no re-typing and no Tippex corrections.  
- Quotations over R30,000 must include a Tax Clearance Certificate or evidence that tax matters are raised with SARS; submit MBD 4, 8, 9 together with the quotation.  
- Provide MBD 6.1 (B-BBEE) or sworn affidavit to claim preference points; certificate must meet PPPFA requirements.  
- No bids from persons in the service of the state.  
- Invoices to be issued to specified emails; payments within 30 days after delivery.  
- Delivery lead time: 14–21 days after purchase order; prices must be VAT inclusive; 60-day quotation validity.  
- Awards follow GCC/SCC and PPPFA with no obligation to award the lowest bid.

#### How to Apply
- Documents and specifications are obtainable from the SCM Unit, 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam (see filename in attached doc).  
- Submit sealed quotations clearly marked with Q37/2026-2027 and the title, in the bid box at 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam, by 12 October 2026 at 12:00.  
- Submissions must be on official forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9, MBD7.1, etc.) as listed in the tender contents; online submissions are not accepted.  
- Late or faxed quotations will not be considered; the Municipality may withdraw or re-advertise.  
- Delivery address: Clanwilliam; delivery lead time 14–21 days after PO.  
- If awarded, the contract will use the MBD7.1 form; ensure SARS/CSD and B-BBEE documentation is ready (see documents in the attached file).  
- Prices must include delivery; no separate delivery charges.
