## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of brushcutters for the Cederberg Municipality’s Technical Department.** Bidders should be suppliers of heavy‑duty brushcutters (50.52cc AE500 spec) able to deliver to Lambert’s Bay, Elands Bay, Graafwater, Citrusdal and Clanwilliam within 7 days of purchase order; must be CSD‑registered and tax compliant, complete and submit all MBD forms, and comply with the 80/20 PPPFA with BBBEE and locality preferences. (Q44/2026-2027) 

#### Requirements
- Compulsory Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS/PIN) or evidence. 
- Complete and submit official bidding documents: MBD1/MBD4/MBD6.1/MBD8/MBD9 and MBD7.1 contract form. 
- Prices must be VAT‑inclusive and valid for at least 60 days. 
- For quotes over R30,000, attach Tax Clearance or SARS evidence. 
- BBBEE status verification (SANAS certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs) to claim points. 
- Locality proof to claim locality points (within Cederberg/West Coast/Western Cape or 0 if outside). 
- Delivery lead time: 7 days after PO; invoices to specified emails; payment within 30 days after delivery note. 
- Use of sealed bids; no fax/late submissions; 80/20 evaluation.
