#### Requirements
- CSD registration and Tax Compliance Status or PIN; completion of required MBD forms; proof of TCS/PIN (and/or CSD number).
- Completion and submission of the specified bid documents: MBD 1, 4, 6.1, 7.1, 8, 9 and the pricing schedules; prices must be VAT-inclusive and delivery-inclusive.
