#### Requirements
- Must be on the NRF/iThemba LABS supplier base and registered on the CSD; tax/compliance status verifiable. 
- Complete and submit SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 with BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; provide a CSD Summary Report. 
- Provide three references from reputable pharmaceutical companies; authorisation for distribution of HEPA filters (if not a manufacturer). 
- Service must comply with ISO 14644 and NSF/ANSI Standard 49; include pre‑assessment, remedial actions, and bi‑annual validation (bi-annual testing). 
- Provide complete validation reports for each fume hood, LAFU and BSC with required data and videos; include validation stickers and follow-up dates. 
- Pricing must be firm, VAT inclusive, and valid for 60 days; payment terms 30 days from invoice; PPPFA 80/20 evaluation with price and BBBEE.
