**Quarterly surface water quality monitoring at Ntabelanga Dam, Eastern Cape, from October 2026 for 24 months.** This RFQ invites service providers with water quality expertise and appropriate certifications (SACNASP/ECSA registration, SANAS-lab accreditation, WISA specialist certification) to conduct quarterly sampling, analysis, and reporting (documented in the attached bid package, see WTE1027CE.pdf).

#### Requirements
- Professional certifications: SACNASP or ECSA; WISA specialist certification; SANAS laboratory accreditation (ISO/IEC 17025).
- Technical scope: full chemistry and microbiology analysis, in-situ measurements, four sampling points, reporting against SA Water Quality Standards; adhere to NWA 1998, Water Services Act, National Health Act; ISO 5667 sampling practices.
- Administrative/compliance: registered on CSD; SARS tax compliance PIN; CIPC active; B-BBEE verification (certificate or sworn affidavit); complete SBD 1, SBD 3.1, SBD 4; SBD 6.1; Annexures 1–2 for ownership/location claims.
- Site/briefing: attendance at compulsory briefing; provide lab/sampling SOPs, traceable reporting within about 7 days of sampling.
- Commercial: all-inclusive pricing; delivery/turnaround times as specified; firm prices; contract in line with GCC/GCC SCC provisions in the bid documents.
