## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider to supply and apply waterproofing at Kwamagxaki Shopping Centre (EC) for Khula Business Premises (KBP), a Sedfa subsidiary.** Bidders should be CIDB 1SN or higher, have a presence in the Eastern Cape, and demonstrated waterproofing/roofing capability with relevant certifications.

#### Requirements
- CIDB registration: minimum CIDB 1SN; attach certificate with CRS number.  
- Minimum two (2) reference letters for similar work in the last 3 years.  
- COIDA registration (Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act).  
- Evidence of Eastern Cape presence (utility bill/lease/title deed or other acceptable proof).  
- Submit SBD 4 and SBD 6.1; price proposals must be compliant.  
- Tax Compliance Status (TCS) with SARS PIN at closing.  
- CIPC company registration documents listing directors/shareholders and certified IDs.  
- Evidence of BBBEE/EME status (or Exempted Micro Enterprises affidavit).  
- Supplier must provide minimum 5-year warranty as per manufacturers guarantee.
