#### Requirements
- Registration on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provision of CSD report. 
- Completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents: SBD 4 and SBD 6.1, plus signed General Conditions of Contract. 
- Completed price schedule; comply with POPIA and tax compliance requirements. 
- Mandatory briefing session attendance; non-attendance leads to automatic disqualification. 
- At least three positive written reference letters for digitalisation projects in public/private sectors. 
- Evidence to claim specific goal points (SMMEs, >50% Black female ownership, >50% Black youth ownership) via CSD/ownership documents. 
- IP rights transfer: ASA owns rights to produced work; confidentiality and related terms apply.
