#### Overview
**The OR Tambo District Municipality seeks a service provider to upgrade and maintain Registry and Prosperity Archives Data Centre for 36 months.** The open tender targets providers with data-centre upgrade/maintenance and IT infrastructure capability, including records management and secure environmental controls. #### Requirements
- Proven experience upgrading/maintaining data centres, server rooms, or registry centres (minimum 1–4 projects; points scale).
- Health and safety: demonstrate compliance; provide a Health and Safety Plan and a valid Department of Labour good standing.
- Tax and registration: registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database; SARS tax compliance status; CSD number; provide latest financial statements where applicable.
- Returnable documents: Schedule A (previous experience), Schedule B (CSD confirmation), Schedule C (authority of bid signatory), Schedule D (briefing/site inspection certificate), Schedule E (MBDs).
- Additional: JV/consortium documentation if applicable; proof of municipal rates; proof of lease if property not owned; adherence to 70-point minimum for Stage 2 evaluation.
