## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of BCMDA Annual Report printing, design, layout and photography for Buffalo City tourist attraction projects.** Suitable for service providers with proven experience in printing, graphic design, layout and professional photography of strategic documents; must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or provide the CSD supplier number, and submit required proof and declarations (MBD forms). The assignment covers design concept, 172-page annual report layout, printing, and photography of five Buffalo City attractions.

#### Requirements
- Proven track record in printing, graphic design and photography of strategic documents.
- Registration on National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (or provide CSD number) plus a summary proof.
- Complete MBD 4, 6.1, 7.1, 8, 9 and Declaration of Bidder forms.
- Compliance with mandatory requirements and specific goals proof (MBD 6.1).
- Prices inclusive of VAT; no Tippex/erasable ink.
- Proof that bidder’s and directors’ municipal accounts are not in arrears (>3 months) or acceptable alternative (lease/clearance) documentation.
- At least 2 letters of reference/completion for prior projects (min value R50,000 aggregate); no PO/invoice letters accepted as evidence.
- Quotations must be hard copy, sealed; valid for 90 days; no email submissions.
- No quotes from state servants; disclosure of relationships with state personnel if any.
- Evaluation: 80/20 (Price 80, Specific Goals 20).
