## Summary

#### Overview
**Panel of service providers for the supply and delivery of tyres on an as and when basis for 12 months.** Siyancuma Local Municipality invites bids to establish a panel of tyre suppliers/distributors for supply and delivery over 12 months. Open to bidders who meet tax compliance and related eligibility checks as per the bidding documents. 

#### Requirements
- Tax compliance: provide Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN) or SARS e-Filing certificate; may submit TCS certificate with bid. Foreign bidders to answer Part B:3. 
- CSD/VAT: provide CSD number if no TCS; provide VAT registration number as applicable. 
- Completed bidding forms: MBD1 (Parts A/B), MBD4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD6.1 (Preference Points), MBD7.1 (Contract Form), MBD8 (Supply Chain Declaration), MBD9 (Independent Bid Determination); include pricing schedules and related documents.
- Preference points: 80/20 system (price 80, specific goals 20) with possible locality/ownership goals evident in MBD6.1. 
- Compliance with general/GCC conditions and any special conditions; bid must not be from persons in the service of the state. 
- If not compliant with prequalifications, bids may be deemed invalid.
