## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of Cluster 1 security services for Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality for a period of three years.** Open to security service providers with relevant municipal security experience, capable of delivering cluster 1 security duties, and able to meet the mandatory briefing and submission deadlines under PPPFA 80/20, BBBEE 10, and Specific Goals 10.

#### Requirements
- Mandatory briefing session: 11 September 2026, 10:00, Budget & Treasury Office, 25-27 Owen Street, Komani/Queenstown (5320). Attendance is mandatory.
- Submission closing: 7 October 2026, 12:00. Bids must be deposited in the bid box at Budget and Treasury, 25-27 Owen Street; late bids not accepted. (Briefing cut-off time 10h15 noted in conditions.)
- Bid documents: available from 08 September 2026, 08:00–16:00, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of R300. Payment can be cash or EFT to the municipality (bank details provided in the tender). 
- Evaluation framework: PPPFA 80/20; BBBEE 10 points; Specific Goals 10 points; bid validity 120 days.
