## Summary

#### Overview
**SAQA seeks to appoint a panel of legal-service providers to render legal services on an as-and-when-required basis for 36 months.** The scope covers litigation, corporate/commercial, intellectual property, constitutional/administrative and labour law, plus regulatory advisory relating to the NQF Act, PFMA and Treasury Regulations. Bidders should be SA-qualified law firms with national footprints, capable of dedicating one experienced attorney per matter, and must meet SAQA’s mandatory credentials (LPC registration, Fidelity Fund, etc.).

#### Requirements
- Proof of registration with the Legal Practice Council (LPC) including the practice number.
- Lead Attorney: CV, legal qualifications, valid LPC good standing, and Fidelity Fund Certificate (valid at submission) with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- CVs for at least three Legal Practitioners who will attend SAQA matters (with qualifications and LPC good standing).
- At least five signed/dated reference letters not older than 5 years (at least 2 from the public sector).
- At least one summary of judgments/evidence of successful engagements per practice area.
- Summary (about 500 words) showing understanding of the regulatory framework (e.g., Skills Development Act, NQF Act) and SAQA mandate.
- Demonstrate national footprint and the ability to allocate one qualified person per allocated matter; internal QA at bidder’s cost.
- B-BBEE evidence to claim specific-goal points; for consortiums, consolidated B-BBEE verification.

Only the top three bidders per price and preference points will be appointed; additional bidders may be added if needed to cover all aspects.
