## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of petrol tamping rammers to Oudtshoorn Municipality, as and when required from appointment date (1-year period).** Prospective bidders should be service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database (**CSD**) and able to supply petrol tamping rammers, and must comply with the Municipality's **SCM policy** and **PPPFA** requirements, including BBBEE and locality preference.

#### Requirements
- Must be registered on the **Central Supplier Database (CSD)** (or register online).
- Must comply with Oudtshoorn SCM Policy and PPPFA requirements, including the 80/20 evaluation, BBBEE **10 points**, and locality points: Oudtshoorn 10; Eden District 5; Western Cape 2; Outside Western Cape 0.
- Submit a fully completed quotation on the original documents; quotation valid for **90 days** after closing.
- No bids from persons in the service of the state.
- Ability to supply and deliver petrol tamping rammers as required.
