#### Overview
**The Oudtshoorn Municipality invites formal quotations for the supply and delivery of refreshments and dry ingredients to be used on an as-and-when-required basis for a period of 1 year.** Suitable bidders are suppliers of refreshments and dry ingredients, preferably local to Oudtshoorn (locality points), with BBBEE compliance, and who are registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) to participate in the 80/20 PPPFA evaluation process.

#### Requirements
- Evaluation will use the 80/20 Preference Point System under the PPPFA (2022) and the Municipality’s SCM Policy.
- BBBEE: 10 points; Locality points apply (10 within Oudtshoorn, 5 Eden District, 2 Western Cape, 0 outside WC).
- Prerequisite to bid: registration on the Central Supplier Database (online via www.csd.gov.za).
- No bids from persons in the service of the State.
- Quotation documents must be fully completed on original forms and remain valid for 90 days after closing date.
- The Municipality reserves rights to withdraw, re-advertise, reject bids, or accept part of a bid.
