**Appointment of a panel of service providers to supply Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for SDM employees for a period of three years.** Bidders should be PPE manufacturers/distributors with proven capability to supply a broad range of PPE (clothing, safety footwear, head/eye/respiratory protection) and branding embroidery to Sekhukhune District Municipality departments. Experience servicing public sector contracts and compliance with OHS Act requirements, NFPA/EN labeling, and SABS certification is preferred; bidders must be tax compliant, registered on SARS/CSD, and able to complete standard bid forms.

- Certification/display requirements: NFPA/EN labeling proof via manufacture commitment (SABS-approved); SABS-listed products
- Registrations and compliance: valid tax clearance/PIN, CSD registration or equivalent, and ability to submit all required bid forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD5, MBD6.1, MBD7.2, MBD8, MBD9, Schedule 1A/1B, etc) and Pricing Schedule
