**RE-ADVERTISEMENT: INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, MONITORING, AND RESPONSE OF SECURITY ALARMS, SURVEILLANCE, AND VISIBILITY SYSTEMS FOR A PERIOD ENDING 30 JUNE 2029.** Bitou Municipality invites tenders from suppliers in the security systems sector with installation, maintenance, monitoring and rapid response capabilities to service the contracted period.

#### Requirements
- Register on the Municipality’s Accredited Supplier Database (CSD) if not already registered.
- Complete and submit Tender Documents issued by the Municipality; place in a sealed envelope and deposit in the Tender Box.
- Evaluation uses a 80/20 Preferential Procurement framework: Price 80; BBBEE status level contributor 10; Promotion of Local Area Enterprises 10.
- Site meeting is compulsory: 13 July 2026, 10:00 at Kwanokuthula Community Hall.
- Tender validity period: 120 days.
- Documents available electronically free of charge; printed copies available for a non-refundable fee (R144.90).
