**Procurement of a secure document disposal service to destroy Joe Gqabi District Municipality records on an as-needed basis for three years.** Suitable bidders are service providers with experience in bulk secure destruction, records management, confidentiality, POPIA/ISO 9001 compliance, and the ability to issue a Certificate of Destruction (see BID DOCUMENT - DISPOSAL SERVICE.pdf).

#### Requirements
- Proven experience in bulk/document destruction, with secure offloading, handling and irreversible disposal (shredding/pulping/incineration) at a designated facility.
- Compliance with POPIA, environmental/waste regulations and ISO 9001; maintain confidentiality; provide Certificate of Destruction.
- Calibrated weighing equipment (SANAS-accredited); annual calibration certificate available for inspection.
- Documentation and registrations: registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); provide SARS PIN/TCS or Tax Clearance; proof of local address for specific goals.
- Contractual and risk: sign and submit all bid documents; bid validity 120 days; provide insurance; potential performance security per GCC.
