#### Requirements
- CSD registration and SARS tax compliance; provide PIN/TCS as applicable; proof to claim specific goals.
- Returnable qualifications: certified trade test certificates for the diesel mechanic; certified NQF6 or equivalent for the project leader; CVs for key personnel.
- Demonstrated experience: evidence of prior overhaul projects (references and performance assessment forms).
- Compliance with SCM policies, signing requirements, and acceptance of the 80/20 evaluation framework (price + specific goals).
- Use of OEM or OEM-approved parts; adherence to OEM/SANS standards; warranty of 6 months or 1000 operating hours.
- Delivery to municipal depots, with accompanying delivery note, test/commissioning report, and parts list; adequate stock of critical spares.
- Insurance coverage and provision of a bid security/performance security as required; valid bid for 120 days.
