## Summary

#### Overview
**The contract seeks to hire mobile compressors for SANPC Refinery for 36 months.** Bidders should have compressor hire and on-site maintenance capabilities, including labour, supervision, consumables, transport, safety management and compliance with OHSA and applicable SANS codes, to support SANPC Refinery and its subcontractors at various sites, with on-site coordination by the SANPC Zone Planner. 

#### Requirements
- Valid permit to transport compressors on public roads. 
- Compliance with OHSA and SANS 12100:2013 and SANS 347. 
- Provide labour, supervision, consumables, equipment and transport; maintenance crew with 24-hour delivery/repair capability; replacement units to maintain continuity. 
- Tax and supplier regulatory compliance: valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or CSD number; BBBEE affidavit/certificate; CSD Summary; returnable documents and SBD forms. 
- Safety and technical documentation: inspection/testing of pressure relief valves and pressure vessels signed off by an Approved Inspection Authority; Compensation Fund certificate; Technician Trade Test Certificate. 
- RAMS, permits, job cards, and adherence to scope of work; ability to plan, coordinate servicing, and demobilise when required.
