**RE-ISSUE: Appointment of a service provider to provide mobile chest X-ray services for SANPC Refinery employees on an as-and-when-required basis for 36 months.** The contract targets occupational health mobile radiography, requiring HPCSA-registered radiologists and radiographers, digital PA (and lateral if needed) chest X-rays, secure data handling, and compliance with OHSA, radiation, and privacy laws.

#### Requirements
- Company must have at least 5 years’ experience in Occupational Health mobile chest X-ray services with on-site delivery; provide at least 3 client reference letters.
- Radiologists: minimum 3 years’ experience in occupational medical imaging; provide CVs; HPCSA membership and registration certificates.
- Radiographers: minimum 3 years’ experience; provide CVs; HPCSA membership and registration certificates.
- Mobile X-ray unit onsite capability with shielding, calibration, and compliant equipment; images must be digital; radiology reports within 1–3 working days; reports must be interpreted by a South African board-registered radiologist.
- Data management: maintain confidentiality; provide secure electronic copies; archive for at least 10 years; comply with POPIA and National Health Act.
- Compliance: OHSA, HCSR, SAHPRA/DOH requirements; infection control and radiation safety protocols; annual calibration and technician licenses.
- Deliverables and reporting: chest X-ray images (DICOM); individual reports; quarterly/annual summary reports; compliance certificates.
- Mandatory documents: HPCSA certificates for radiologists/radiographers; valid B-BBEE verification; tax clearance PIN; CSD registration; SBD1/SBD4/SBD6.1 annexures.
