## Summary

#### Overview
**Repair and replacement of high mast light components for Dikgatlong Local Municipality’s public lighting infrastructure.** Eligible bidders are suitably qualified service providers with capability to supply repair materials, operate lifting equipment/cranes, and perform testing/commissioning. Bids are governed by PPPFA 80/20 rules (Locality/HDI) and require full statutory and supplier documentation.

#### Requirements
- Tax clearance certificate or PIN; no undisputed municipal service arrears; lease agreement if renting; rural area letter if applicable
- MBD forms 4, 6.1, 8 and 9 completed and submitted
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration
- SABS-approved materials for components
- Compliance with 80/20 PPPFA preferences (Locality/HDI) and local ownership criteria
- Grade 1 EP minimum (where applicable)
- Quote validity (30 days) and payment on completion only
- Site inspection mandatory (RFQ01/2026/27) and project scope confirmable on site
- Quotes to include municipality address and VAT number (4450111283)
