## Summary

#### Overview
**RE-TENDER for the supply and delivery of laboratory filter paper on an as and when required basis for a period of 36 months.** ERWAT invites bids from suppliers of various filter papers (7 categories) to service its ISO 17025-accredited Scientific Services unit, with mandatory briefing and on-going delivery to ERWAT’s Kempton Park site.

#### Requirements
- Authorised reseller/distributor/supplier letter from the manufacturer.
- Technical datasheets for each filter paper type offered (manufacturer datasheets only).
- Compliance documents: SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or CSD registration; VAT status; include all MBD forms (1, 3.2, 4, 6.1, 8, 9) and any JV/teaming agreements if applicable.
- Registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and related verification documents; provide proof of tax/compliance as required.
- Attend the compulsory briefing session (on-site or virtual) and list attendees; registration must be completed via the ERWAT-access link (see attached documents).
- Pricing: complete the official Pricing Schedule per item (rates per 100 units incl VAT) for all categories; indicative quantities and CPI-based price adjustments apply per the Special Conditions.
- Delivery to ERWAT Scientific Services Laboratory, Hartebeestfontein Office Park, Kempton Park.
- ERWAT may appoint up to three service providers; contract includes a 12-month probation and 36-month maximum term.
