- Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act; adequate PPE; insurance and Workmen’s Compensation standing; indemnification for third-party risks.
- Availability to operate across ERWAT sites (including 19 WCWs) on a daily basis, with penalties for non-delivery or spillages.
