## Summary

#### Requirements
- Eligibility and compliance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act; anti-corruption declarations; no debarment.
- Allowable tender structures: single firms or joint ventures; JV members jointly and severally liable; JV documentation required (Joint Venture Agreement or letter of intent).
- Conflict of interest, transparency, and record-keeping; ability to be audited by the Procuring Entity.
- Tax compliance: valid tax clearance from the Kenya Revenue Authority; compliance with local regulations.
- Tender security: Kshs 500,000, valid for 216 days from tender opening; if security is via a declaration, it must be properly executed.
- Pricing: bids in Kenyan shillings, fixed for the lease term; bids must cover all items in the Schedule of Requirements.
- Origin and eligibility of lease items and related services; conform to technical specifications and standards; provide source of spare parts and after-sales support.
