**Provision of legal services for a period of thirty-six (36) months to Esayidi TVET College.** Experienced SA law firms registered with the Legal Practice Council (or Law Society) and capable of handling civil, labour, and related matters are invited to bid. Proposals must be submitted online via PURCO SA Supplier Hub; see the erratum for the closing date.

#### Requirements
- Mandatory pre-qualification documents (submit or fail to advance):
  - RFP document initialled on every page; fully signed technical specifications and pricing; do not alter pricing/specifications.
  - Bank letter signed/electronically stamped (not older than 6 months).
  - Certified company registration documents (not older than 6 months).
  - Certified IDs for directors/shareholders (not older than 6 months).
  - SARS Tax Compliance Certificate (valid on tender closing date).
  - BBBEE certificate or affidavit.
  - Fully signed SBD forms (SBD 1, 4, 6.1).
  - Board resolution (or proof of sole proprietor status).
  - Declaration of Interest.
  - National Treasury CSD registration (full report).
  - COIDA compliance certificate.
  - Fidelity Fund Certificate.
  - Registration with Legal Practice Council (LPC) or Law Society; letter of good standing may be required.
  - Bank Rating Letter (not older than 6 months).
- Functional suitability: minimum 70% to progress; evaluation criteria include:
  - References: 3 current/recent clients with proof on letterhead (up to 40 points).
  - Locality of bidder: up to 15 points depending on address.
  - Key Personnel: CVs, qualifications, Law Society registration, right of appearance, and past appearances (up to 30 points).
  - Company experience: history and minimum 3 years (up to 15 points).
