- Records of Management Review meetings. 
- Quality documentation: Draft Contract Quality Plan (CQP) and IPT; Quality Control Plan/ITP as per ISO 10005. 
- Form A completed and signed, plus other annexures (Annexures A–J) and related SBDs. 
- OHS compliance: Annexure B acknowledgement of Eskom OHS requirements; safety baseline risk assessment; COIDA or equivalent; induction and contractor management. 
- Tender conditions: compliance with Eskom Standard Conditions of Tender; non‑submission of 100% sub‑contracting is prohibited. 
- Supporting safety and QA documentation as listed in Scope of Work and Safety Requirements documents.
