**Registration of Consultants for Provision of Environmental Impact Assessment Services for prequalification under the County Government of Kitui (FY 2026-2027 and 2027-2028).** Open to all for Category A; Category B is reserved for AGPO groups. #### Requirements
- Mandatory (Stage 1): 
  - Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (or exemption)
  - PIN/VAT certificate
  - Valid Trading License/Business Permit
  - Certificate of Registration/Incorporation
  - CR12 and/or change of name
  - ID copies for directors
  - Confidential Business Questionnaire
  - AGPO certificate if the category is AGPO-reserved
- Technical qualifications (Stage 2): regulatory certifications (KEBS, NCA, ERB, ERC, etc.), company profile with relevant experience and finance, three client referees with evidence, audited accounts or bank reference, litigation history, and CVs for three key personnel.
- Additional: eligibility disclosures, conflict-of-interest declarations, and JV/subcontractor arrangements as applicable.
