**Registration of Contractors for Building Works, Repairs and Re-painting of Government Premises NCA 8 and Above.** The County Government of Kitui invites prequalification for registration of contractors (NCA 8+) to undertake building works, repairs and repainting for FY 2026-2028. Open to all eligible firms; prequalification for inclusion in the supplier/contractor register.

#### Requirements
- Mandatory eligibility to qualify for the next stage (Tax Compliance Certificate, PIN/VAT, Trading License, certificate of incorporation, CR12/change of name, IDs for directors, Confidential Business Questionnaire, AGPO certificate if applicable).
- Technical qualifications: evidence of regulatory certifications (e.g., KEBS, NCA, ERC, etc.) and relevant professional certifications.
- Financial capacity: audited accounts (or bank reference) and evidence of access to liquid assets/financing; demonstrate cash flow capacity for works.
- Demonstrable experience: company profile with relevant experience; three client referees with contract evidence; CVs for three key personnel (minimum 1 year experience).
- Compliance: no conflict of interest, no disqualifying sanctions, and full disclosure of ownership/control as required.
- Additional requirements apply to joint ventures (JV) or specialized subcontractors per Section III/IV.
