#### Requirements
- Certificate of Registration/Incorporation
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
- Valid AGPO Certificate for reserved groups
- CR 12/ID
- Duly Completed Confidential Business Questionnaire
- Declaration that the firm is not debarred by PPRA
- Valid Single Business Permit
- Minimum technical pass mark: 70% in the Technical Evaluation
