#### Overview
**The NG-CDF BOARD invites applications for registration of suppliers for goods, services and works for the financial years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 on an "as and when required" basis.** Registration covers Category A (Goods), Category B (Services) and Category C (Minor Works), with Open and AGPO sub-categories for Kenyan firms, including Youth/Women/Persons with Disabilities.

#### Requirements
- Copy of Certificate of Registration/Incorporation; valid Tax Compliance Certificate; valid Single Business Permit.
- CR12 (issued within the last 6 months) or IDs for sole proprietors/partnerships.
- Evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable (e.g., CA, LSK).
- Supplier e-GP registration number; all pages serialized.
- Audited accounts for the last two years; or bank references for AGPO groups.
- Evidence of financial capacity to execute contracts; past performance references.
- Completed forms across PART II–IX; sworn statement (PART IX).
- Public Officers’ eligibility restrictions and anti-corruption declarations apply.
- For AGPO/Open categories: detailed CVs of key personnel; proof of qualifications.
- Physical address and statutory compliances (office, premises, etc.).
- Invitation to Tender will be limited to those prequalified; late changes may lead to deregistration.

#### How to Apply
- Download registration documents for free from the NG-CDFB site or PPIP tenders portal (REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS.pdf). (REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS.pdf)
- Submit one registration document per category; for multiple categories download separate documents.
- Complete PART II–IX; attach copies of CoR/Incorporation, Tax Compliance, CR12, bank references, audited accounts, LPOs/Contracts as evidence, AGPO certificate where applicable.
- Ensure pages are serialized; provide CVs for key personnel; include sworn statement (PART IX).
- Submit in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the reference: REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS 2026/2027—2027/2028: TENDER NO NG-CDFB CATEGORY NO.
- Deposit at NG-CDFB reception Tender Box, Harambee Sacco Plaza, 10th Floor, Nairobi, not later than 9 October 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Applications opened immediately after in the presence of bidders. Late submissions will be returned unopened.
- The offer of participation is contingent on qualification; an Invitation to Tender will be issued only to prequalified bidders. All suppliers must have a valid email and e-GP number.
