## Summary

- Groups and access: categories may be open or reserved (AGPO; youth, women, persons with disabilities); up to three categories per applicant.
- Compliance: binding to statutory requirements and high professional/ethical standards; all documents must be bound, paginated, and complete.

#### How to Apply
- Categories: register for the listed GOODS, WORKS and SERVICES (01–17) and framework contracts (where offered) per the two attached tender PDFs.
- Obtain documents: free from the PPIP Portal or Bungoma website (see attached documents for details).
- Prepare: complete all registration forms; ensure pages are bound and serialised; provide required attachments (e.g., company profile, registrations, tax docs, bank references, agpo docs if applicable).
- Submission: submit sealed, clearly marked envelopes to the Chief Officer Finance, County Government of Bungoma, by 28 July 2026, 10:00 am; allow one representative per bidder at opening; late submissions will be rejected.
