  - Three client referees with contract evidence (LPOs/LSOs/Contracts)
  - Audited accounts for last year or bank reference
  - Litigation history
  - CVs for 3 key personnel (minimum 1 year experience)

- Submission method: sealed envelopes delivered to the Chief Officer, Ministry of Finance, Revenue Management and Accounting; Tender Box at the entrance of County Treasury – Governors Block; hard copy submissions only (no electronic submission).
- Documents to submit: Application Submission Letter; Eligibility evidence; Qualifications; any other documents per the PDS (Section IV forms).
