- Valid Trading License/Business Permit
- Certificate of registration/Incorporation
- CR12 and/or change of name
- IDs for directors
- Confidential Business Questionnaire (duly filled, signed, stamped)
- AGPO certificate (for categories reserved to AGPO)
- Complete all forms as specified in the registration documents
