- Evaluation readiness: evidence of physical address/premises; potential site verification by the Institute’s evaluation team (T-5, T-6).

- Deadline: 15 July 2026 at 10:00 (closing date/time) (TENDER NOTICE ON REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS).  
- Submission method: complete tender documents in a plain sealed envelope, marked with tender name and reference number, deposited in the college tender box; late or post-delivered submissions are not accepted. Do not open before the stated time (TENDER NOTICE).  
- Documents to complete/submit: Forms T-1 to T-8 (Supplier Qualification, Registration, Financials, Confidential Questionnaire, Past Experiences, Past Performance, Price Quotation, Sworn Statement) plus Appendix 1–21 as applicable (TENDER DOCUMENT 2026-2027).
