#### Requirements
- Valid and up-to-date Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or exemption.
- PIN/VAT certificate.
- Valid Trading License/Business Permit.
- Certificate of Registration/Incorporation; CR12 or change of name; copies of ID for directors.
- Confidential Business Questionnaire (duly filled, signed, stamped).
- AGPO Certificate (where category is AGPO-reserved).
- Compliance with JV rules if applying as a joint venture.
- Technical vetting: evidence of regulatory certifications (e.g., KEBS, NCA, ERB, ERC, etc.), company profile with experience and financial capacity, three client referees with evidence of contracts, audited accounts or bank reference, litigation history, and CVs of three key personnel.

#### How to Apply
