## Summary

#### Overview
**Reinstatement of Magor Bridge and approach roads along the Kilgoris–Lolgorian (B3) Road.** Open tender by KeNHA for works funded via Government of Kenya securitization funds; eligible bidders must hold NCA categories 1 or 2. Open to all (Reserved for All). Mandatory pre-tender site visit.

#### Requirements
- NCA registration in categories NCA 1 or 2; valid annual practicing licence.
- Copy of Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Compliance for foreign contractors.
- Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
- CR12 form showing directors/ownership, dated within 6 months prior to bid deadline.
- Tender Security (Unconditional Bank Guarantee or approved alternative).
--One Technical representative per bidder with BSc/BTech in Civil/Highway Engineering; bring originals + certified copies of ID, degree, EBK/IEK registration, and a company authorisation letter (site visit). Pages must be serialized.
- Bidders may tender for up to two (2) contracts but can be awarded only one; compliance with PPADA; no canvassing; no debarment.
- Foreign bidders must demonstrate at least 40% local inputs; NCA registration required before contract award.
