## Summary

#### Overview
**Relocation of assets and furniture services are being procured for the IDT National Office relocation.** Bidders should have proven capability in moving, packing, loading/offloading, insurance, and transport of office and household items, including furniture and appliances.

#### Requirements
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration number; provide your CSD reference (e.g., MAAA...).  
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN (submit a valid letter).  
- Duly completed and signed SDB 4 (Bidder’s Declaration).  
- Duly completed and signed SDB 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form).  
- Price quoted must be inclusive of VAT and valid for at least 60 days after closing date.
