#### Requirements
- De-installation, relocation/rigging and reinstallation of Gaia-sphere (within ~20 m); testing and handover.
- Health and safety file compliant; adequate personnel, facilities and equipment.
- Protection of museum property; damage repaired at contractor’s cost; post-work cleaning.
- Administrative pre-qualifications: CSD supplier number, tax status verification; valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; COIDA letter; proof of insurance for all work phases; signed RFQ; detailed pricing on company letterhead (incl. VAT).
- Pricing must be itemised for: de-installation, relocation/rigging, installation; total price used for 80/20 evaluation; breakdown of assumptions required.
- Compliance with 80/20 preference points (HDI/B-BBEE evidence to claim points).
