**Removal, disposal and replacement of asbestos roof sheets at Nelshoogte Plantation.**  
Open to service providers with asbestos handling and roofing replacement capabilities, including certified asbestos contractors. Required: CIDB grade 2GB or higher, COIDA good standing, Department of Labour asbestos registration, SANAS-accredited B-BBEE verification (or EME/QSE sworn affidavit), CSD registration, tax clearance, and relevant ISO/industry standards.

#### Requirements
- Valid COIDA good standing and registration to handle asbestos.  
- Proof of registration to handle asbestos with the Department of Labour.  
- CIDB Grade 2GB or higher; two reference letters or similar completion certificates.  
- Financial capacity: bank statement (not older than 1 week) or NCR-accredited funding proof.  
- SARS tax clearance and proof of tax compliance.  
- CSD registration (or register within 7 working days of award).  
- B-BBEE: SANAS-accredited certificate or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE; ID copies of directors.
