#### Requirements
- CIDB grading: 1GB or higher.
- Valid COIDA good standing.
- Registration with the Department of Labour to handle asbestos.
- Proof of two reference letters or completion certificates for similar works.
- Experience and CVs of key personnel (Construction Manager/Site Agent).
- Financial capacity: recent bank statement or proof of funding from an NCR-accredited lender.
- Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or commit to register within 7 days of award.
- Latest tax clearance, SANAS-accredited BBBEE certificate or sworn EME/QSE affidavit, and company ID copies for directors.
- SBD documents completed and returned; adherence to environmental and health-and-safety requirements (as per NEC4 Z10, Z12, Z13 and related contract data).
