**Procurement of rendering service for dust, noise and water quality monitoring at Clanwilliam Dam in the Western Cape for DWS Construction South.** Bidders should have expertise in environmental monitoring (dust, noise, water quality), plus relevant certifications (occupational hygiene, legal compliance) and be prepared to meet the PP/PPPFA requirements.

#### Requirements

- Specific qualifications: Lead Occupational Hygienist registration with SAIOH (or equivalent) and Company Approved Inspection Authority (AIA) certificate with the Department of Labour.  
- Corporate prerequisites: B-BBEE Status Level verification (Level 1–2) or compliant sworn affidavit for EME/QSE; valid Good Standing with the Compensation Commissioner (COIDA).  
- Authority and governance: proof of authority to sign bid (joint ventures require joint-venture agreement and signatories’ authority).  
- Additional: SARS/PIN verification, CSD and proof of representations as required.
