#### Requirements
- Renewal of ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus – Enterprise Edition.
- Setup/configure 2 new instances with 12 additional agent licenses.
- 12 months of technical support and maintenance.
- Deliver full documentation of new instances’ setup, configurations, and user manuals.
- Three reference letters demonstrating relevant implementation/support experience (preferably in public sector) (TOR criteria).
- Understanding of cloud platforms, and integration with Exchange Online and Active Directory; security best practices.
- Certification or partnership with ManageEngine.
- Ability to provide user and admin training and comprehensive system documentation.
- Ongoing support per defined SLAs.
- Project must be delivered within four weeks of PO.
