- Prices inclusive of VAT; no Tippex/erasable ink
- Confirm bidder and directors’ municipal accounts are not in arrears (>3 months) with acceptable proof
- Quotation must be hard copy, sealed; emailed quotations not accepted
- Quotations valid for 90 days
- Bidder must be able to provide the entire license suite; partial supply is non-responsive
- General Conditions apply; BCMDA may request further information and may not necessarily accept the lowest price
