## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of renovation of an existing hall on the 3rd floor of MVita NGCDF Office into an Option 4 Digital Hub, including LAN cabling and 40 workstations and other furniture.** Open tender open to qualified contractors (Works category NCA 7 or above) to deliver a 6-month project for MVita NG-CDF.

#### Requirements
- Mandatory documents to submit with the bid:  
  - Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation  
  - Valid Annual Practicing License with National Construction Authority (Class 7 or above)  
  - Certified PIN with VAT obligation  
  - Valid tax compliance certificate  
  - Certified CR-12 form (last 9 months)  
  - National IDs/Passports of directors  
  - Valid Single Business Permit  
  - Form of Tender (filled, signed, stamped)  
  - Confidential Business Questionnaire (signed & stamped)  
  - Certificate of Independent Tender Determination (signed & stamped)  
  - Serialise ALL tender pages in order

- Other requirements: similar previous experience; CVs for professional/technical staff; proof of financial capacity; no canvassing; detailed evaluation criteria in tender documents; mandatory pre-tender site visit on 29 July 2026.
- Eligibility notes: NCA registration required (class 7+); foreign tenderers must meet local-content rules; NCA registration available but not a precondition for tender, only for contract award.

#### How to Apply
- Submission deadline: 3 August 2026 at 10:00 (local). Tender documents and Bills of Quantities may be downloaded; hard copies must be deposited in the tender box or mailed to the Fund Account Manager (MVita).  
- Submission method: one sealed envelope containing the ORIGINAL tender documents (clearly marked with tender number) plus copies; additional separate envelopes for any alternative tender if permitted.  
- Documents to submit: completed Form of Tender, priced Bills of Quantities, Tender Security (KSh 200,000) or equivalent, JV agreements if applicable, and all documents listed under Requirements above (see ITT 13).  
- Registrations/pre-qualifications: valid tax clearance; PIN/VAT; NCA license (class 7+ for eligibility); business permit; National Construction Authority registration not mandatory for tender but required before contract signing.  
- Briefing/site visit: mandatory pre-tender site visit on 29 July 2026 at MVita NG-CDF Office (Ronald Ngala Primary School) 8:30–9:00. Site visit certificates must be submitted with the bid.
