**Repair of Ffennell Road Round Building Roof including Telemetry Wing – waterproofing works on a flat concrete roof.** Bidders should be roofing/ waterproofing contractors with CIDB 1SN, registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) for supply and services, and able to meet PPPFA/BBBEE and related rules.

#### Requirements
- CIDB grading of 1SN; OHS Act safety file to be quoted, supplied and approved before work starts.
- CSD registration (supplier vetting) and valid tax clearance; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
- Propose primary waterproofing system (APP or SBS torch-on) or an approved alternate with minimum 10-year manufacturer warranty; comply with SANS 10400-L.
- Full BOQ completion and attachment of material data sheets, dump/disposal site confirmation, and project-specific workmanship/warranty details.
- Site briefing attendance and inclusion of all required Bill of Quantities items; no bids from state employees; no tender defaulters.
- All quotes on company letterhead, inclusive of taxes; provide warranties and close-out documentation.
